Turnaround time, or TAT, is how long it takes for me to complete your order after I receive your order. This time includes the potential for me to order new fabric if I don’t have enough on hand, cutting out the beautiful item you selected from said fabric, and assembling the item by hand. Of course, this also includes careful attention every step along the way.

I want every customer to be happy with every order they receive! As such, it is super important that you measure the recipient of the items carefully to ensure proper fit. However, if you are unhappy with your order, I will accept returns on items that have not been washed or worn (beyond trying it on, of course). Refunds are at my discretion after examining the products upon return, and may be issued in store credit.
